Sistine Chapel
" The Fall and Expulsion from Paradise ", one of the central fresco
painting panels by Michel Angelo (1475-1564) on the ceiling of the
Sistine Chapel in the Vatican.
It shows Adam and Eve taking the forbidden fruit and being
expelled from the Garden. The serpent, with the head of a woman, is
coiled around the Tree of Knowledge.
